Constantine “Costa” Saab is a managing director and the chief technology officer for Valor Equity Partners. Costa is responsible for the technology strategy, infrastructure, software development, and cybersecurity.
He is an experienced board director, advisor, and entrepreneur specializing in national security and technology. Costa has also focused on operational growth investments in dual-use strategic technologies over the past five years.
Prior to appointment, Costa led an impressive nearly two-decade career at the Central Intelligence Agency where he served in many critical senior leadership roles including chief strategy officer, corporate board member, and acting assistant director.
Costa earned a master’s degree in systems engineering from Virginia Tech, a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Virginia and is a graduate of the Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program (AMP191). He is fluent in French, proficient in Arabic and Spanish, and has extensive experience working in Northern Africa, Europe, the Middle East, and South America. He is a non-resident Senior Fellow at the Atlantic Council.
