One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS)

Summary

OASIS is a multiple award, Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract that provides flexible and innovative solutions for complex professional services. It consists of seven separate government-wide contracts that span 28 North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Codes and six NAICS Code Exceptions under the economic subsector 541, Professional, Scientific, and Technical Services.

Current OASIS contracts:

Pool 1: Engineering Services
Pool 3: Requirements Analysis, Concept Development, Planning, Acquisition, Research and Development, Test and Evaluation, Implementation, Operations and Maintenance, Program Management, Management Consulting, Logistics, Engineering, Scientific Services, Financial Services
Pool 4: Research and Development in Biotechnology and Research and Development in the Physical, Engineering, and Life Sciences (except Biotechnology)

OASIS is designed to address federal agencies’ needs for a full range of service requirements that integrate multiple professional service disciplines and ancillary services/products with the flexibility for all contract types and pricing at the task order level.
