Jul 13, 2022
The CMMI rating system identifies government contractors with a proven track record of productivity, cost efficiency, and work quality that decrease risks in software, product, and service development. The complex appraisal process assessed Peraton’s approach to development and service solutions along with projects using traditional waterfall, hybrid, and Agile methodologies.
“Receiving two CMMI Level 3 ratings is a testament of Peraton’s commitment to delivering high-quality products and services. It provides a direct connection between internal improvement initiatives and our expected business objectives,” said Jeff Bohling, president, Defense Solutions sector and corporate sponsor of the process.
“Over the past few years, we have developed an industry-leading delivery capability. This rating validates our work ethic and affirms Peraton’s efforts to reduce risks and improve project performance for our customers.”
Building upon previous experience, Peraton integrated a set of processes to satisfy customer and project requirements that would meet or exceed CMMI expectations and signify lower risks to successful program execution. The company consistently demonstrates CMMI Level 3 engineering best practices to maximize productivity, innovation, and service solutions for the customer’s missions of consequence.
