Peraton recently sponsored the 11th annual Warrior Symposium hosted by America’s Warrior Partnership (AWP). The event took place from Aug. 7-8 in Washington, D.C. where hundreds of professionals gathered to foster collaboration and enhance services to veterans and their families in communities across America.

Two Peraton representatives participated in panel discussions focused on corporate veteran initiatives and the benefits of investing in military-connected employees. Their takeaways underlined the importance of creating opportunities and fostering an inclusive environment for those who have served.
Peraton’s chief legal officer, general counsel, and AWP board member, Jim Winner, had the privilege of opening the evening welcome reception, where he discussed Peraton’s commitment to veterans through strategic partnerships with like-minded organizations, such as AWP. In his speech, he emphasized Peraton’s dedication to making a meaningful impact in the lives of veterans and their families.
