Peraton welcomes Tony Encinias to the company’s Citizen Security and Public Services (CSPS) Sector. He will be responsible for leading the technological strategy of the sector’s state and local government services business unit.

Encinias will be responsible for ensuring the company’s state and local government services business unit remains in lock step with new technological advancements and innovation.
With more than three decades of experience in strategic planning, IT management, information security, and enterprise technology, Encinias brings a wealth of knowledge to his new role. Previous employers include Dell Technologies, ViON Corporation, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
He earned a master’s degree in IT management from the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School, a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from the University of Colorado Boulder, and holds multiple executive certifications, including a federal CIO certification from Carnegie Mellon University. Additionally, he serves on Drexel University’s management information systems advisory board.
