In a rapidly evolving professional landscape, creating an inclusive workplace that supports and empowers women is a mission of consequence. At Peraton, we actively foster a culture where individuals are embraced, supported, and encouraged to grow and excel in their career. This Women’s Equality Day, we reflect on our commitment to create an environment where women can succeed in leadership roles and thrive on a personal and professional level.
Peraton’s Women’s Impact Network (WIN) employee resource group (ERG) is focused on engaging and developing women across the organization. WIN is a space for women and their allies to connect, share experiences, and build a community that fosters personal and professional growth. It offers regular professional development workshops, panel discussions led by women in leadership, and a mentorship program. This group creates a strong support system, encourages women to step into new opportunities, and drive their own career trajectories.
The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion team also offers a Leadership Development Series led by two female professional coaches. This series provides workshops on essential skills like goal setting, decision-making, and communication. By equipping women with the tools they need, we empower them to step confidently into leadership roles.
A key part of Peraton’s culture is celebrating the success of our female leaders. Through speaking opportunities, internal communications, and industry awards. We highlight women in leadership positions, showcasing their journeys, achievements, and contributions to the company and their respective industries. By shining a spotlight on their achievements, we inspire other women to pursue their ambitions with confidence and resilience.
Through our ERGs, mentorship programs, leadership development series, and initiatives to highlight and recognize female leaders, Peraton is building a culture where women are supported, empowered, and recognized for their talents and leadership.
